Jarvis
A personal assistant that runs on one computer: mine.
What it is
Jarvis is private software written for me, Michael Scorsese. It lives on my own PC and acts as a second brain: it keeps my notes, prepares a morning briefing, tracks my to-dos and follow-ups, and shows me what needs attention each day.
What it does with Google
With my permission, Jarvis connects to my own Google account to:
- Read my Gmail so it can sort new mail and tell me what matters.
- Create Gmail drafts of replies for me to review. It never sends mail by itself.
- Read my Google Calendar so the morning briefing includes the day's events.
Everything it reads stays on my computer. There are no other users, no accounts, no servers and no one else who sees the data.
